A clepsydra cannot be a reliable measure of time
'cause you can turn it
around if you wish
and there we go again.
They maybe were too heavy, four thousand years ago, but even so.
We cannot trust the past or what lay ahead of us,
for the only real measure of life is pain. So talk to your
neighbour,
perhaps he can find there is a cold beer in the fridge.
Take your time, and the sand will tell you.
